What will you do?

An Instructional Designer is at the heart of making sure our end-customers are knowledgeable about If▸So’s options and become active and highly skilled users of our tool. The Instructional Designer position is a great opportunity for someone willing to come in and make an outsized contribution to our product content and the business overall.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and creating content that drives our customers to become self-serve with our product. This content will be used by a wide range of end-users from SEO and PPC specialist at digital marketing agencies to business owners and marketing managers in small and large companies.

Position details

• Designing and writing exceptional instructional materials to support a variety of delivery types, including self-paced, video, and ILT (in-person and virtual)
• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to build effective and relevant course content
• Develop collateral that is elegant, clear, concise, persuasive that excites engages and inspires readers
• Establish and measure business-driving KPIs for materials, beyond traditional metrics like course satisfaction rates

What will you bring to the table?

• 1-3 years of instructional design for end-users of a SaaS product across a variety of mediums (webinar, video, article)
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing input while owning and driving the development timeline forward
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of instructional design and preferably a Bachelors in an educational, technical or analytical field
• Ability to dive into software products and anticipate questions and issues that users may have
• Proficiency in Google productivity tools
• Familiarity with social networks and online research

What will you do?

As a Backend Developer, you’ll take a leading part in the design and development of our product’s infrastructure and services. You’ll be responsible for the performance and responsiveness of the entire solution as well as integrating the front-end elements into the plugin.

Position details

• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Crafting an effective and responsive user experience across multiple platforms

What will you bring to the table?

• 3-5 years of experience as a WordPress developer – a must
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies – a big plus
• Collaborative and team-oriented, up-to-date with recent technologies

What will you do?

In this role, you will work with the marketing manager in the implementation of all marketing initiatives including the coordination and execution of a variety of marketing projects. This position has exposure to multifaceted areas of marketing.

Position details

• Conduct market research and share business insight
• Create marketing collateral including,  brochures, case studies, speaking and award applications
• Lead projects that involve cross-marketing coordination.
• Monitor project completion and generate reports to identify project status

What will you bring to the table?

• English as Mother tongue – Must
• 3-5 years of proven experience in leading marketing projects and events, coordinating multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• A process-oriented team member to ensure meetings have clear agendas, recap notes, and actionable next steps
• Prior experience in content writing – extraordinary written and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing
• Good, demonstrated presentation skills
